I am a forty-eight year old lawyer who is fascinated by the law. I have studied the field for over twenty-four years, both in an effort to help my clients and help other lawyers do a better job representing their clients. In business litigation, I represent both companies and individuals, plaintiffs and defendants.

I am a lawyer with Branham & Day and have been practicing complex civil litigation for over 15 years. Most of those years have been devoted to business litigation and counseling managers and business owners in an effort to help them traverse the pre-litigation and litigation waters. I also litigate medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death cases. In addition, I advise and defend businesses in government investigations and litigation.
