The final Sedona Conference Guidelines for Managing Information and Records in the Electronic Age were posted last month. It outlines and details sound principles for businesses to use in maintaining electronic documents on their computer systems. It is a terrific resource for any company that has a lot of computer files that could be important and costly to recover in a lawsuit - in other words, any company.
